After the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer Porsche had missed out on overall victory at the 24 Hours of France the year before, it finally succeeded in 1970. Driven by Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood, the red Porsche 917K won with a five-lap lead over team-mates Larrousse/Kauhsen. The historic result was completed by victories for Porsche in all ( ! ) classes.
Colour, decoration, sponsor stickers, tyres, rims - all details of the glorious winning car are reproduced by the impressive Norev model in 1/12 scale. The perfect body proportions are based on surface data made possible by digitising a real 917K.
